Our workflow involves the following steps:

Step 1: Prescription & Treatment Planning - The process begins with a doctor-issued prescription and a clearly defined treatment goal, established in consensus with the patient.

Step 2: Diagnostic Imaging - The patient undergoes advanced diagnostic imaging—such as MRI, CT, PET, or USG—based on the prescribed clinical protocol.

Step 3: Data Segmentation - Our technical team performs high-precision segmentation of the imaging data using specialised medical software to isolate the anatomical region of interest.

Step 4: Pre-Operative Anatomical Model - A highly accurate anatomical model of the patient's anatomy is 3D printed to support surgical planning and pre-operative simulation.

Step 5: Custom Design & Engineering - Leveraging advanced design tools, our engineers develop a custom-made, patient-specific solution—whether a surgical implant, anatomical model, or cutting guide—precisely tailored to the clinical requirement.

Step 6: Manufacturing & Delivery - The final product is manufactured using advanced high-precision additive manufacturing or 5-axis machining, followed by post-processing and rigorous quality checks. It is then delivered for use in live surgeries, surgical planning, or medical education, ensuring accuracy and clinical impact.
